Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account and profile: name, email, phone (optional), birthday month, home chapter, membership tier and photo (optional)
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card, never your full card number
• Events: RSVPs, tickets, attendance and survey answers
• Mini & Me: a child's first name and age range only, provided by the parent, and only if needed for an event
• Website use: basic technical information such as device type and pages visited, through cookies or similar tools

How we use it

• To run your membership, process payments and send receipts
• To share events, announcements and member updates by email and in the member portal
• To welcome you at events and check you in with your digital membership card
• To improve events using survey feedback
• To keep members safe and enforce our Community Guidelines

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share only what's needed with:

• Service providers that run the club for us: Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), Luma (event tickets), and our website and member portal host
• Your Chapter Director, who sees the member information needed to run your chapter's events, under a confidentiality agreement
• Authorities, only when the law requires it or to protect someone's safety

Photos

We may share event photos to promote the club. You can opt out at any time. We don't post photos of children without a parent's permission, and we never photograph the people served at our giving events.

Your choices

• Update your profile in the member portal at any time
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email (account and billing emails will still be sent)
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or to delete it, by emailing us. We'll keep only what we must for payment and legal records

Children

Memberships are for adults. Our website is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. A parent may provide a child's first name and age range for Mini & Me events.

Security

We use secure, password-protected systems, limit access to member information to people who need it, and require our Directors and partners to keep it confidential.

Changes

We'll post any updates here with a new date and email members about important changes.
