Terms of Membership & Use
Welcome to Sip & Social, a Maryland limited liability company ("Sip & Social," "we," "us"). By creating an account, buying a membership, ticket or product, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Membership
Memberships are for women 21 and older. Mini & Me is an add-on for members who are parents or guardians. Your membership belongs to you and can't be shared or transferred to someone else. Each member joins a home chapter. You can transfer to another chapter or attend other chapters' events as described on our website.
2. Billing and renewal
Monthly memberships renew automatically each month, and annual memberships each year, until you cancel. By joining, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Events
Some events require separate tickets. Event details, prices and capacity are listed on each event page. You take part in events voluntarily. By attending, you accept the Participation Waiver, and for activity events, the Activity Waiver. Guests must be 21 or older at events where alcohol is served.
4. Community Guidelines
All members and guests agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove anyone from an event, or suspend or end a membership, for breaking them. Fees are not refunded when a membership ends for conduct.
5. Your account
Keep your login private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for activity on your account.
6. Our content
The Sip & Social name, logo, designs, photos and text on this website belong to Sip & Social. You may share our public posts and pages, but you may not copy, sell or use our brand for your own events or products.
7. Photos
We take photos and videos at events and may share them to promote the club. You can opt out at any time by telling the host or emailing us, and we won't post images where you are the focus.
8. Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to create great experiences, but events, venues and partners are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Sip & Social is not responsible for indirect losses, or for the actions of venues, vendors or other guests. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with its date, and email members about important changes.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
