Memberships
| Situation | What happens |

| Cancel a monthly membership | Cancel any time in the member portal or by email. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. No partial refunds. |
| Cancel an annual membership within 14 days of joining | Full refund, as long as you haven't attended a member event |
| Cancel an annual membership after 14 days | Access continues until the end of your paid year; no refund for the remaining months |
| Signup fee | Non-refundable |
| Membership ended for breaking the Community Guidelines | No refund |
Event tickets
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| You cancel 7 or more days before the event | Full refund, minus processing fees |
| You cancel less than 7 days before | No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend (tell us their name) or receive event credit when the venue allows |
| We cancel or reschedule the event | Full refund, or a ticket to the new date if you prefer |
| Bad weather | We'll decide by [time] the day before and email everyone. If we cancel, you get a full refund |

Donations made through a partner nonprofit's page go directly to that nonprofit and follow its policy
